Honestly get a good lawyer if they are trying to put you away, shit you might be able to get someone to work for free if they story could get enough publicity.
Posting lyrics on your Facebook wall? Wow.
I think it's crazy for them to watch people on facebook but at the same time if I saw that written on someone's facebook i would think he's evil too lol. Lot of my friends post lyrics so it all makes sense. I hope you don't go to jail. If there's one thing I hate more then anything it is innocent people going to Jail. Good Luck Dude.

Holy shit man that's crazy, a couple of my friends post lyrics like that as statuses, well thank you very much for posting this and giving us all a heads up. Hope you don't go to jail buddy.

Eh, if you see many patterns of the police act, you'll notice most of them are retards who arrest people for no good reason. I'm thinking it's because they don't get paid if they don't arrest someone, anyone.
The world will go to the dogs because of some police.
(No offence to them)
Also, did you know you could delete your facebook account and statuses whenever you wanted?
Deleting takes 2 weeks, but hey, it's better than 2 years in jail.
That or flee the country.

I'm gonna figure you meant "right" where you said "high".
Let me quote the Canadian Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms for you...
"Fundamental freedoms
2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(a) freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
(c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and
(d) freedom of association."
I'm left scratching my head. I think I might go over and post messages on my facebook about killing everyone then pass it off as lyrics.
It's a bit double-sided, but jail-time seems to have absolutely no place in the argument. at all. Counseling should be the worst. I mean... what?
Where any messages directed to one person in particular?
If it's only to "emos, Jews, etc" then they can't really lock you up in prison, who is going to press charges? every Emo living near you? there is a difference in being threatening, and just violent, or angry.
if anything you'll go to a mental asylum.
If you didn't seriously mean any violence to anyone, and where just saying stupid stuff, you hav nothing to worry about.
Did they give you and formal charge?

You should make an example of them.
And once again this is why I don't waste my time on facebook.
You're going to go to jail for posting lyrics. Though they found nothing to prove you're a bad person outside of what you posted as a status. No guns, no knives, no history of arrest, or anything right?
This is why facebook fails, and why I'll never use it.

As do I. That to me is pretty lame if you can physically get arrested for posting violent shit in your Facebook status. Come to think of it, I think I'll point this out on Facebook.

Nope, I did not threaten anybody directly and they still said it is "Threatening The Public"... Lmao.

I never even threatened Jews, or had a status about them.. People commented on my shit about Jews and they got carried away. The police were even bitching at my Dad over the phone yesterday because my buddy's Facebook picture was the Columbine kids dead on the ground, apparently it's related to me somehow... They're idiots, really.
I made one status where it said "Every emo should just get killed", as a joke hoping to get a kick out of a few dude's on my friends list, and I explained to the cop that I don't think anybody should really get killed or lose the privilege of life, and the one thing I have against emo kids is that they hurt themselves for attention, and people who do that should get help.
That is basically exactly what I told him.
if anything you'll go to a mental asylum.
Doubtful. They have no signs of me being unstable.

Not yet, Mr Big-Man Officer is taking his time to get his report to the Sergeant, problem going through it and finding out what part to lie on.
Yeah, whatever.

Sane people don't listen to music that has those words in it.
I had to write a four page statement explaining my statuses, as well as a few comments people
made on my statuses about killing jews, and emos.
You're a dumbass for saying such things.
I have to go for counseling again, which is fine...
Again? Has this happened before?
If that happens I'm not hesitating to go to the media and tell them that the police force here is
messed up, if they're going to do that they're not doing their jobs properly.
It will make no difference, the story will be about a kid that posts threatening messages on a public networking site and a officer doing what he is paid to do. I don't see how you could win in this one.
Don't say dumb shit on Facebook because according to him, they have people that work for them
and go on Facebook to find people that post up stupid statuses like I did
Facebook has a automated search for the words like that, i.e. killing, terrorism, hijacking, etc.
Words can't explain my frustration right now... But this is life.
No, this is a stupid kid thinking that he has done nothing wrong while posting lyrics about killing from songs most people have never heard of.
You have no right to be frustrated, you need to set your mind straight or it will lend to a very troubled life.

Yes, I have gone to counseling for depression, perhaps that is because my Mom and her ex husband beat the shit out for me for four - five years. But I guess the only logical explanation for that is to blame myself for all of the problems, as I am clearly the one who did wrong there.

There is no crime in posting lyrics that people have put in their music, if anything those artists should be the ones getting arrested, if something like that is such a problem they might as well ban every single game that has to do with killing, as well as war.
Might as well ban horror movies too, lock up everyone who works for Rockstar Games, anybody who has been on the team working on the Call of Duty games, Gearbox employees might as well get sent to prison as well because god knows that they are committing a crime by letting a player virtually kill something...
Yeah, whatever.

Maybe it's because you know too much about the corrupt government and they're just using Facebook as an excuse?
Fucked up shit.
I think the most that would happen, is that you might be committed for threats to harm yourself or others.
Realistically, I don't think anything will happen.
However... what the FUCK?! We have meth dealers down the street that stole 20k worth of shit from us, and the cops aren't interested at all.
You've done something before, in "real-life", buddy, or else they wouldn't check facebook. Also, your Daddy should've told you earlier 'bout this, and you'd have such a nice position. Knowing the police is watching you, you could've act on facebook very friendly and social and stuff, and they would've protocollue that.
Good luck, anyways. Oh and... I hate facebook. It's just for mainstream victims, right?

Actually, the only assault charge I've ever had was because it was self defense when my brother was talking about getting a Swastika tattoo on his head, I stood against him doing that and he beat the shit out of me, I fought back and started the fight with him five minutes after he got off me, the charges were even dropped.
They have people that work for them who go on Facebook and look for profiles that talk about killing, I haven't done anything before in "real-life", so before you start preaching that shit you should know a little bit about the facts and not your little fantasy world of what I have or haven't done.
My 'Daddy' didn't know until a few days ago, I think they told him last Friday when they had already been investigating it for about five months or so, not a lot we can do at that point.
I'm just going to get a lawyer, and make them look like the idiots they are being.
Yeah, whatever.

When I said, "Has this happened before?" I meant, did you go to counseling for threatening the public. I'm inferring that you're not the nicest child, and when you're asked to do something really simple, you just bitch about doing it while putting it off. If I was your guardian, I would discipline you too, but never ever hit you. It is still sad to see that parents still do that to their children.

I guess you don't know what criticism is given in light of those songs. The many people that actually believe that they can take down a person that has lawyers and money backing them ten fold the times they do is astonishing to me.

If you ever pay attention to video games when you first start them up, they inform you to not be influenced by the game and that they will take no fall for any crime that are depicted in the games that people replicate in real life. Same thing in music.
Well why are you typing stupid things about murder? Maybe you need to go to jail.
This actually makes me happy. I hate idiots who think they are hardcore with this rap shit.

Perhaps I wasn't online at the time to see them, and when I was online I ignored my notifications as I was just logging on to check one thing, I never noticed the comments... See? These are things the police have no way of knowing, and they don't assume it.

Yeah, I get that entirely... They didn't know it was song lyrics.
Now that they DO know it is song lyrics, and nothing more than song lyrics, they should fuck off. They searched my house for any weapons and found nothing, there is no reason to continue the case.

Exactly, and I'm not influenced by music, or by movies, or by games. It's simply ENTERTAINMENT like I said, can people quote movies and put them on their Facebook without getting cops on them? Yes.
What about quoting controversial comedians? Hell yes they can do that, no worries there.
But as soon as somebody posts up a song lyric that has something to do with killing, well they are clearly unstable, mentally insane, should be committed to a mental ward for the rest of their lives because that just goes to show that this person has absolutely no sanity left in him...
I'm a harmless sixteen year old, I sit in my basement all fucking day looking for jobs online.

Hey come down, i'm talking about my own experiences, and I have some. Forget about my last line, good you haven't quoted it.
I had to serve 64 hours of social work in prison because I have done nothing. I got prisoned for being involved in a ... demonstration fight. I was surely not violent and everything I did was legal (the whole demo was legal), and got attacked by a group. I even did not self defence, but got punished. 64 hours of social work is freaking much. I got only half payed for the work.
And I do can tell you, on sites like facebook, where you describe your statues, feelings and etc., I would've posted immense shit as well. But I rather did it in real life (funny), and well I did it loudly, so I had to give the police a visit. But in the end, I was punished for being involved in a fight, ha.
I could kill someone, still.
