This anime wasn't good, apart from the dancing bit. I fail to see how anyone could like the animation and/or drawing style of the Melancholy of Haruhai Suzurmyia. I am not picking at a popular anime just for the sake of it. Everything except the dancing at the end sucked, BTW, and I did not like it. Discuss this anime, anime fans, discuss whether or not the dancing as the only memorable thing in the anime.

This is clearly more than a spelling mistake but rather shows his entire disregard for the series in that he cannot even be bothered to get the name right, which to me would suggest he has not even bothered to watch the whole series, more likely seen a few episodes and left it. That to me is a completely valid reason to disregard his opinion.

Spelling isnt of great importance to everyone
I dont see how being bothered to spell something correctly has anything to do with being intrested in that something unless your one of those spelling nazi wapanese fags who thinks a person mispells one letter of the thing they love and they will hate you.
Of couse he doesnt seem to have taken much thought into it has he pretty much sums up what he thinks/feels in a couple of sentances while other fans probably would do entire fucking pages of what they thought. I just finished watching Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
Shit was so dosh.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
All I've seen of it is the opening sequence, and that looked pretty good.
But, I'm not really into anime, so I don't really know why I'm posting in this thread.

The series had potential but they presented it in what was probably the worst way possible:
They played in first season as if they put the episode numbers through a blender, then decided to play the second episode of the second season eight fucking times in a row... I lost all interest in it after that.

Eh it was alright. I saw the first season a few years ago and it was alright but meh wasn't the greatest anime like some people tend to say it is.

The broadcast order was so the climax of the first series would happen at the end (it happened in episode 6 chronologically), and I found it more interesting in a non linear fashion.
Season 2 is good excluding episodes 3-7 of Endless Eight, that was experimentation that didn't go very well, although it is fantastic if you're interested in the production side of anime, as every episode was reanimated and revoiced every time.

i bought (haha, yeah) 2 dvds of Haruhi, and i watched them once and then sold them to a used dvd store.
was just not impressed--the only part I liked was the Hare Hare Yukai dance at the end, and Mikuru's big bazongas.
