Ever notice how people often die in hospitals, the VERY same places in which newborn babies are brought into this world? COINCIDENCE? I think not, I think the babies are just the dead people respawning.

Those aren't respawning, they're just joining the game, and those who die are just leaving or changing teams.
most hospitals are large and include many rooms so it would only be sensible that more medical places are centered in one. terminal wards and expecting mothers are both groups of people which are volatile and need near-constant medical attention. thats what a hospital does
also if they were respawn points then in actual wars, all the people dying of wounds or sickness in a near-front line town would be equal to the people being born (hint: it is 50 to 1 in france ww1). so no
