Anything over 60 is no good. Don't use it until you fix it. Your graphics card should be underclocking itself to avoid overheating, but if you're still able to get it to such as high temperature, there's probably something wrong with it. Your fan may be broken or the device itself may be defective. You should call Nvidia and ask for a repair or return.
