Got a question for y'all. I'm running Vista and I know there is a way to resize images such as photos. I've looked everywhere and even tried a few searches. Anyone got a clue or something that might help me figure this out?

Can't you resize in MS Paint?
I'm aware this is the Win 7 version of paint, but I'm sure you can do the same in the Vista version.
Cant you just use Microsoft Office Picture Manager?
