i noticed that you drew Noodle from Gorillaz, on the Windmill island. NICE! love that band.
on to the art though; you seem to have gotten several comments on how to draw your characters, so i wont touch on that. but your backgrounds are pretty bad.
we can see what they are, but they dont fit with the character, you need to regard each and every object as a character in its own right; put time into it. detail it. shade it.
as it happens, i have been studying Hewletts style (Gorillaz artist) and if you wish to continue drawing noodle i can give tips and tuts as to how.
of course you will need an example of my skill (if you consider it)

i find it helpful to your own style to study other styles. and you seem to be interested in manga art, you also have potential.
