...Stretching.
I'm using windows 7. Whenever I run a game that doesn't have an option for widescreen resolution everything just stretches. I've looked everywhere on how to remove this and make it so that it remains in normal resolution but with blackborders on the side but I couldn't! Help me out newgrounds you're my only hope!

The only real solution is probably getting a smaller monitor and that might cost some money. Are these games on Newgrounds or installed onto the computer?

Run it in windowed mode if possible. If it doesn't allow it, tough luck.

Keep fiddling with the buttons on the monitor till you find the option to change the aspect ratio.
if your on a laptop then i don't know check your owners manual.

Is it in the little menu that the arrows bring up? Taskbar buttons like to get lost in there.

Tell your computer if it doesn't start behaving itself, you're going to melt it down and make Lego out of it.

OR
right click on desktop > select "properties" > desktop or something tab > choose resolution

Most modern video drivers allow you to set scaling options for when a less-than-native resolution is being displayed. If, for example, you have an nvidia GPU, you just go to the nvidia control panel. In the "Display" section, you select "Adjust desktop size and position". On that page, there's an option for "Use nvidia scaling with fixed-aspect ratio", which is what you'd want in this case.
I don't remember off-hand if/how you can do it for ATI, but it would be something similar.
