Yeah, I need to cleanse my mind with some good music.
Lawlz.... if I go to parties I have to endure Stone Sour, Shitknot and the Arctic Monkeys... I'd argue that they're worse than good ol' Fiddy.
Recommendation's for some Brutal Death Metal?

Dat song is fappable.
That is the only Black Metal song that sticks in my head for me to like it. I've listened to BM a fair amount, but nothing ever makes me want to listen again or remember the bands sound.... except that song.

Kinda like Dawn Over a New World. Its good, very good. One of the finest songs on Inhuman Rampage.

I personally like their first two albums the most.

$100.00, and for you, that would equate to approximately £50.49. I would highly recommend paying in U.S. currency if you really want it, though.

Haha I take that back.
They're nothing alike..... well obviously everything DF do is similar to every other song by them..... but these two are at opposite ends of the DragonForce spectrum.
S'what you get for neglecting your interest in them.

I actually don't mind Nu metal and even bog standard rock stuff so I can put up with that sort of music...its just main stream rap that I don't like.

Playing a Black Sabbath tribute concert today.
I had to learn the bass lines to the whole Paranoid album as well as their Self Titled. The bass lines are pretty difficult, for Geezer Butler is one of the greatest bassists ever, and his bass followed the guitars exactly.
Here I am, bored with everything.

Something funny happened to me.
I was playing some metal on my iPod, and since I have no earphones I've been using headphones (doesn't isolate sound, so people can hear what I'm listening to easily) lately and a guy started banging his head and jumping up and down. He looked kind of drunk.
And just like that....he was gone...

Happens to me all the time, my "ex-drummer" who is also my friend, ALWAYS does that whenever I listen to "Laid to Rest" by Lamb of God, then we stand there the two of us, and
Air guitar the whole fucking thing together! I'm always Gtr.1 :P
It's funny because I actually know how to play the whole song, and so does he, so we're actually doing it very accurately.
Yes, I have insane headphones, so it's VERY loud.

I think I agree. I wasn't too keen on getting into death metal, but now I like progressive and melodic death, but not the brutal chugga-chugga riff style bands who are inaudiable.
As for black metal it's worse, having heard a few groups.
Pretty poor quality music in my opinion.
I also read somewhere that it's considered among the black metal community that the more worse the quality is, the truer the metal.

Something just occured to me.
My power metal songs are much better than those of any other genre. I could be teh megazors roxxor! If it wasn't for the damn lacking of a guitar.
Like take this for example:
Army of the Holy Lance;
It's about how Judgement Day comes, and Christ rides out of Heaven on a white horse, he, and the army of heaven, proceed to kill the Four Horsemen (Not any of you guys) and they march into hell for an epic duel with satan (Because that's what people do in a Power Metal song, they duel with satan) Christ looks like he is about to be felled, when, out of his side, he tears what remains of the Spear of Destiny, and shoves it into satan's chest.
Christ now rules all domains of the World, and a new era of peace reigns supreme. (But we don't like that in this Club, so let's just say the Earth is eternally challenged by the forces of evil, Romans, Jews, Frog/Otter hybrids and Magical Robots.)
Symphony of a Madman:
There's this insane killer, and it tells the tale of a quiet little town, and why he is on the run, he murdered his family with a lead pole he shaped into a spear, the rest of the song deals with how people find this entertaining, and proceed to do the same thing on their families, eventually, there is no one left.
The twist ending, however, is that the town is actually the Earth, and ever murderer is just another disposable human being.
In my opinion, the first song is much cooler. Why? You ask? Because it's POWER METAL!!!
And personally, despite writing a Death Metal song, I usually avoid them like the plauge. (Unless it's melodic, or a thrash/death fusion)
In even MORE off-topic news:
I watched the new Doctor Who episode tonight...I cried at the end.
In slightly more on topic news:
If someone mails me download tickets, I will be eternally grateful.

That's a joke. Seriously, most Black Metalheads get pissed off at uber-kvlt bands like that. I'm not speaking from experience, but in proxy of one of my friends who likes BM.
Here I am, bored with everything.

Anyway, no, not all Black Metal is boring. There is just too much "raw black metal" around. Most of these bands simply rip off Darkthrone a thousand times and are not even successful with that...so there's an exeptionally large pile of crap to be found in the black metal genre. But in my opinion, metal's best hidden gems can be found in BM.
For all those who tend to hate/dislike Black Metal I say you should check out these songs:
Rotting Christ - The Opposite Bank
Agatus - Under the Spell of the Dragon
Zemial - March of the Giants
Varathron - Angel of Revenge
Lord Belial - Enter the Moonlight Gate
Dissection - Where Dead Angels Lie
Kawir - The Adored Cry of Olympus
Bathory - Blood Fire Death
I hope these will change your opinion a bit.
and thanks for liking my stuff >_<

Well, you know Saturday does kinda fucking suck. Marylin Manson, Aiden, Gallows, Biffy Clyro and Linkin Park will be there...*whinges* (Well, I don't hate LP THAT much)
On the plus side, so will Turisas and Machine head.
