I don't care? Actually it's the most metal especially when Manhunt 2 is coming out for it.
Here I am, bored with everything.

Indeed.
Besides, Legend of Zelda is fuckin' Metal!
Epic Metal!
Quick, someone start a folk, or power, or folk and power metal band based off the Legend of Zelda series!
Also, if a band were to do that, their best album would have to be the OOT based album.

Tis more extreme than black metal and death metal combined.
Fastest guitar solos? check
Fastest guitar riffs? check
Fastest double bass? check
Highest vocals? check
How can Bm or Dm get more extreme than that? Viva La Power metal!

Hell yeah! Power metal gives you that fly away on your magic guitar while screaming into a microphone; while lifting into the sky's feeling.
Although, black and death metal had more atmosphere and is heavier.

Blegh, I've started to hate power metal recently, It started with me hating Dragonforce, because they were so cheesy, then It just got so...Weak.
On the other side, I'm getting more and more into Brutal death, Grindcore, Black metal, and all that,My hunger for brutality growing with each day...
</over-dramatic description>
A few weeks ago, I used to cover my ears everytime I heard grindcore, but now it's like breathing, it just comes normal, and has no effect on me, almost.
I just recently looked at my iTunes Library, and the majority of song titles, Instead of being something like" Brush the dust away" , "In defense of our good name" and "tornado of souls"
like they used to be...
Were something like these: "Unas, Slayer of the gods","Satan spawn, the caco daemon" , "Intestinal Incubation" and the timeless classics, "Krossfest Börn" (crucified children) and "Entrails ripped from a virgin's cunt"
Thanks guys, you've really helped me evolve, now people are starting to be afraid of me, as I walk through my school corridors.
people know me as "That Death metal guy"... Not sure if that's positive, but anyway, at least it's better than nothing :D

Good sign, better then not being known at all. Some girl thought of herself as a mosher; she liked LostProphets, Trivium, Bullet for my valentine...Then I came along and now people call me a mosher, although I hate that.
I intoduced half of my friends to metal though.

Tech death metal is NOT superior. Heavenly>Necrophagist.
And Death metal is the most atmosphere-less genre of metal I know of. It's like the anti-atmosphere.
And I'll be damned if Heavenly's Dust to Dust doesn't have atmosphere.

Sorry I was reffering to black metal, that shit has everything, the growls, the sounds and the singing.
I don't go too deep into sub-genres.

Yeah but you shouldn't just listen to the guitar of the song, theres lots of other exciting stuff such as the gutteral vocals and ripping drummers.

It doesn't have the zealotry of Power metal. I used to be a black metal elitist, but then I got into power metal. I still listen to BM, just not often.

Besides, unless they're singing, vocals are peripheral.
I mean, screaming and growling is really fucking easy to do. By easy, I mean REALLY FUCKING EASY.

SA got me into power metal, I love them.
Black= Bang head against wall and thrash.
Power= Fly away, air guitar, prolonged lifting screams.

Just to drop my opinion in...Power beats the hell out of Death. Now that I think about it, I haven't heard 1 good death or black metal song in my entire 7 years as a metal head. (Ok, it's probably cause I try to steer clear from that kind of stuff in the first place, but that would depend whether Viking Metal counts as death or folk, I don't know)
By the way, new! I'll be posting weekly reviews on any album or single I happen to buy.
For now:
Album: Mystica
Artist: Axel Rudi Pell
Genre:Power Metal/Classic Rock
Track Listing:
Fly to the Moon
Rock the Nation
Valley of Sin
Living a Lie
No Chance to Live
Haunted Castle Seranade
Losing the Game
Curse of the Damned
Description:
Another album from the German Power Metal Gods Axel Rudi Pell. Their latest release (well, in September there's a new album out called Diamonds Unlocked) Mystica, delivered some of fast paced, keayboard heavy Power Metal songs, with a lot of more Classic Rock feeling near-ballads. With dynamic vocals by Johnny Gioeli, with Axel's guitar playing and Mike's drumming, with Fly To the Moon featuring a bass solo by Volker Krezwalk (can't spell the names for shite) and the supporting kewyboards of Ferdy Dorenburg (sp, again) Mystica is an epic win in the face of power metal.
What brings this album down, however is the real lack of power metal songs, there's about 3 in the album, the rest are the slow-paced Classic Rock songs Axel is becoming known for. They're not bad, just not as good.
Verdict:
Mystica is a dynamic release, just don't buy it if you're a total guitar nut.
Rating:
4/5
