I disagree. My dad was a redneck, and was pretty blue collar so I understand what it means, but that movie still sucked shit for me. It made me chuckle maybe twice, and it was during Ron White's bit. He still sucks, but compared to Larry, Engvall, and Foxworthy he's comedic genius.

i'm not redneck by any means. my job requires that i have a blue collar (i'm a welder) but i still find them funny but just not after the 48,000 time it has been shown. But then i think thats with everything (except maybe sex. that never seems to get old).

Over the weekend, I started listening to an assload of bands. I think Grand Magus, Dark Moor, and Vanden Plas are my favorite recent discoveries. There's also Royal Hunt, Black Majesty, Zandelle, Pagan's Mind, and Age of Nemesis. I also heard one song by Falconer, which I liked.

If you guys haven't heard Dark Moor's adaptation of Vivaldi's Winter, you fucking must. It's great.

I'm freaking tired of Ron White's routine about how he got thrown out of a bar. If I saw him, I'd be tempted to say "way to kill a joke, you dick." I still find his other jokes pretty funny, though.

Bill Engvall used to be my favorite of the group (never my fav comedian, though, and neither were the other 3), but I'm not sure whether I prefer him or Jeff Foxworthy now.

i got Murder Metal by Macabre in the mail today, and after wiping my seed from the cover, i decided to listen to it. the entire album is amazing, it doesn't get boring, not even for a second.

the only problem with the album is in the "we would like to thank section" included in the list is Cradle of Filth, i felt betrayed, well now i'm gonna buy Gloom and wait for that in the mail

what was the band that first got you in to metal? Mine were Iron Maiden and Metallica
