I didn't really find the album all that good. Not necessarily the albums fault though, I just don't really care for Doom with growls - except for Hooded Menace, but their riffs more than make up for the vocals.

Sadly, I've not met any bands but I do remember one guy I saw when I was in town and he said he saw Judas Priest and Megadeth backstage and I commented that I saw Maiden in July 2008 and he was actually jealous. Sure, Maiden might be his very favourite band but if I ever saw Judas Priest and Megadeth backstage, I'd be more than satisfied.

I was actually preparing myself for a moan about Sinner's Breed and having to mention how Gonin-Ish's vocalist the perfect example of a female Extreme Metal singer. But I can't fault her, she's not all 'ROAR ROAR ROAR' like Gossow, who is pathetic, and just an example of someone who offers no benefit of being a woman in Metal - she's a poor version of a male vocalist and not even attractive.

But this lass had high notes and stuff. Which sure enough isn't wholly feminine, but its an improvement on the Gossow way.

BTBAM didn't suck ass like I thought they would, they were OK. But played for 90 minutes so it wasn't cool.

3 Inches Of Blood played for 45 minutes and were blood fantastic! Although I was one of about ten people in the whole crowd who rocked out to them, no one else could appreciate them I guess... :(

And The Faceless played for 30 minutes and they sucked balls.

Also, the new song off In Flames upcoming album kicked mega ass - It was a good 8 or 9 minutes long and it had slow parts, fast parts, melodic parts, brutal parts, clean vocal parts and harsh vocal parts. if I was to base the entire album off this one song then it'll be a great album.

I just saw lifelover play. Decent show, but too short and with somewhat poor sound quality. Still worth over 4 hours in the car, though.

Well it didn't have all the techno-ie effects like the album has - But Andres(Spelling?) song it fucking great!

Also, The Chosen Pessimist is fucking immaculate live - it went on for like 20 minutes and they even had a minute long bass solo in the middle of it.

The end of that song was such a fucking explosion out of all the members - They all went fucking berserk!
