Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

Yeah, it's a small label and I have to pay some money for the release myself, but it's definitely worth it.

I'm working on music as much as possible, but due to me working/learning/studying so many things at the same time I'm trying to avoid a total burn-out. Life's good but very stressful these days ^^

Some good bands I have found in the last few months:

Melechesh - Black/Death Metal
Dead Congregation - Death Metal
Lloth - Atmospheric Black Metal

Rule #1 - Read my blog.
Rule #2 - Click my sig for my music.
Rule #3 - Listen to my new song

For me, I'm usually pretty good when it comes to keeping my tickets in easy to find places. I'm fairly confident that I left my ticket in a small plastic container that I accidentally left behind up in Syracuse. I don't feel like going all the way up there right now (fucking long-ass ride), so maybe that'll have to wait until Friday. If I still can't find it, then I might have to go and re-purchase the ticket. I guess that's going to cost me another $22.

God fucking damn it...

I'm more of a rock fan, but I'll join. My favorite metal band are Black Sabbath, Dio, and Metallica.

We're mean bastards and ask that you list 10 Metal bands in order to see if you're worthy of our company.

Dead Congregation - Death Metal

yet more stuff on my list of bands to check out, I guess. I really gotta look at that long ass list soon and start crossing out stuff.

Alright guys, Sun on Water's first song is in a rough acoustic draft. I'll upload the mp3 in a little while, once I'm done doing some conversions and whatnot.

BE EXCITED, FUCKERS.

I'm downloading Electric Wizard - Supercoven live and the music video for Sleep's Dragonaut if that helps.

Over the next month or so I'm going to try to listen to every song that has no play count on my itunes.

In the process, I realized how much I dislike Nightwish. Did I seriously like this?

I'm looking for a new iPod or any other system made to listen to music (Mp3)
I have 20 GB of music and a few movies on my iTunes and I would like to know which device would be the best to fit the amount of music that I have, and quality of the fucking product.

Thanks a lot.

No need to get testy. Your original post was completely incomprehensible, because you left out the most crucial bit: the "player" in "mp3 player."

just get an ipod, they're the easiest to deal with.

Haha lvlz, We shovld have an entire page ov jvst gayness, so that everyone that happens to check in will be seriovsly weirded ovt.
Keeping n00bz away.

Also, WTF! It's 3:11 AM and I've been trying to get to sleep since about eleven, I have school at nine, this sucks balls!

Also, metal things that work weirdly efficiently for chatting up chicks:
Showing them your band (at least it worked for me, BOOYA)
Showing them "Integral birth" by Cynic.
Talking to them about how Metal is closely related to classical music, and how the fact that most music isn't art anymore makes you agnreh.
Speculating Metal lyrics, and telling them what you think they mean (the metaphors and such)

Also you guys FUCKING SUCK BALLS!!!!!!

I linked you all to some Iblis songs (my band, If you suck too much to know that)
And nobody checked?
I got no responses :@

These are the recordings off our new demo, They're all missing vocals, because we haven't bothered to put the ones with vox online.

Beneath (this poppy charttopper you all know)

Untitled (still untitled because the singer is too lazy to write lyrics, and I'm not doing it again!!!!)
Eschaton (Yeah, I know it gets really dramatic and sad around the middle, A relative of mine had just died when we were writing it, and I couldn't write anything Evil, just sad stuff)
It (This is the one with the Jazz part, song name was chosen by picking random word in the lyrics)
Iblis, the selftitled song, This song pretty much is a masterpiece. This recording lacks bass

Nice, I like it.

Eschaton (Yeah, I know it gets really dramatic and sad around the middle, A relative of mine had just died when we were writing it, and I couldn't write anything Evil, just sad stuff)

Pretty cool stuff. The dramatic/sad part would sound cool if it was a little more atmospheric or something, and the guitar solo was turned down a bit. other than that, it's pretty cool.

It (This is the one with the Jazz part, song name was chosen by picking random word in the lyrics)

lmfao. The whole time I was trying to hear the jazz, thinking "well i guess this is sort of jazzy..." and then when the jazz-funk guitars started i was like "oh, there it is hahaha"

Iblis, the selftitled song, This song pretty much is a masterpiece. This recording lacks bass

I dig it. It'll sound great with bass.

You guys are sounding really good, I'm impressed. You guys have more diversity than the average band, and that's a really good thing. It shows a lot of musical maturity. Keep it up, and let us know when you've got bass and vocals and stuff.

Yeah, I'm sort of embarrassed by the fact that everyone likes that song, even my roommate's 14 year old girlfriend.

Ah, the solo in that song needs to be redone, It's a bit sloppily played on my part, and It's really just that loud because I needed to learn it for a gig (I always improvise solos when recording ) and I needed to be able to hear it perfectly, that's what that mp3 file is there for :P

Because when I play at a gig I get stage fright, so It's hard to be thinking about proper scales and timing and all that shit. Also, there were issues with me soloing too long, or too short, also there's the whole thing with the song being memorable.

Nice stuff Kidd, it reminds me so much of Death its beautiful :).

I'd actually be really interested in mixing this stuff - I don't mean for you to use - but for my own personal practice as a producer (seeing how I'm on a Music Production course like). So if you'd be okay and able to hook me up with the raw parts I'd be well happy :). I undda stand if you don't want to though.
