I love the casting choices! I think both are amazing actors and will pull the roles off just fine. I'm very interested to see how Nolan pulls off Bane in his more realistic universe.

The bigger question that I'm asking is how will Nolan end his series? He's announced this is the last film he is doing and the fact that he has Bane as the final villain, I wonder whether or not he will kill (or incapacitate) Batman at the end.

My guess is that Bane will break Batman's back near the end of the movie and somebody else will finally take down Bane. Catwoman, Gordon, Morgan motherfucking Freeman, or maybe even Wayne somehow. Perhaps Wayne will actually have to kill Bane in some way other than kicking his ass as Batman.

The end of Nolan's Batman series is my bigger question.

Anyways to get back on topic, two great choices for both parts. Summer of 2012 can't come fast enough!

Why had baby doll not been included as a villain in any Batman movie? She's just the kind of dark and fucked up stuff we need.

I doubt they would use a villain whose only appearance was a minor part in an animated series as a major villain. Not to mention it would go terribly with Nolan's universe.

Ahem "The press release does not specify if Hathaway will also play Kyle's alter ego, Catwoman." So really, saying she's playing catwoman is mere speculation. Especially considering this is Christopher Nolan's universe, so shit has to be relatively realistic.

You can see her asshole in the remake of Psycho.

He played an AMAZING bronson in that film, captured the scary, psycopathic nature with this creepy, dark hint of child like innocence. It transcended typical 'thug' acting into something more.... Epic...

Christopher Nolan confirmed Anna Hathaway as Selina Kyle, not as Catwoman.
Maybe we'll see Selina Kyle becoming in a sort of femme fatale with feline tendencies but not necessarily wearing a cat suit.
