Are we allowed to change usernames?

In short, no.

Once upon a time, we were allowed to change our usernames whenever we chose. However, once we were given unique userpages, the admins took away that privilege to prevent the thousands of broken links that would follow (Instead of your account being tied to a number (ex: newgrounds.com/95747), it's now identified by your specific username (username.newgrounds.com)).

On rare circumstances, an admin can change your username. However, they usually only do this for users who have contributed to the site in some way. Considering your low level/post count, I'd suggest you simply create a new account with your desired name. If you want to use the same email that you're currently using, you'll have to change your email in your account settings to something else, or else you'll get an error when trying to create a new account.

Mine was changed three times. I agree to what Xports said.
