In my opinoin though the golems walk could be a bit nicer. It doesn;t feel like it has much weight, and I;d imagine he'd be heavy, hence the "slow" walking.

The gradients give it a weird look.
A hunch would make the stone golem look better imo.

These are coming along great however the ice and the Golem walk REALLy slow try to emphasize the weight in a different form just not to slow. This would be lame in-game since you would have to wait a while for the Golem to reach his destination and same thing for the ice rhino type thing too. One more thing, the delay before the actual hit is a bit long (when they pull back) try to cut that down a bit so that it looks better.
