It hasn't been until fairly recently I've taken notice that no matter which gender/sex the reviewer may claim in their profile, NG appears to assume they're all male ("Tell [NG member uname] what you think of his review") when I want to comment on their reviews.
Can't say which would be a more suiting fit: either to filter the reviews to profile-specific genders "...what you think of [specified gender's] review" or "....what you think of his/hers review" or "...what you think of their review"; All of the preceding would be nice, seeing that not every NG member here is a male, from what I've gathered.
It might not seem like a big deal, but a number of [female] reviewers may get annoyed if they're all referred to as "dude" or the like by the original song poster in their comment.

It's really not that big of a deal... I've never been annoyed by it.

Admit it, you spent hours looking for a legitimate reason to make a thread title with "sex" in it so you'd rack up 1,000 views in a thread you started for news post bragging rights.
I see you scheming.

Dude, the only girls that are on the Internet are the kind who are totally okay with being called "dude."

I personally believe that this is a fair request.

Well the most simple, direct, easiest answer would be to recreate NG will all the features you adore.

I would have said "gender", but I believe the character limit in the title area is another [rant-able] story...
Besides, the word "gender" actually refers to appearance and/or state of mind of a person, where "sex" truly refers to, with respect to Laqur, whether you [literally] have ovaries or not, or at least that's what I learned in a sociology course.

Redesign would be way to complicated. Fixing every minor aspect, like this one, might be irrelevant in the BIG PICTURE.
A easier fix to that would be a legal agreement that if you want to write a review, you will have to perform a gender change surgical operation... On a second thought, did Hania wrote any review ?

That's what happens when you get a bunch of little boys together. Pack mentality is interesting.
If anything, at least it lets you know who to avoid in the future ;)

I wonder why the Newgrounds webmasters haven't done so...

Yeah, Its happened to me too. I can't give a decent burn when they think I'm a dude.
Me:
"It's funny most of the people playing this game are pretending to be the girl."
Author's Response:
At least the people who think it's gay are :P It's funny how people who are homophobic seem to be the ones most likely to imagine themselves as the girl... hmm... something to think on antifagfags ;P

actually, my reasoning for playing female characters is that it's wayyyy less gay to stare at tits for a few hours than it is to stare at some hulking stud.
DUMB STEP :D :D
