in the begining of the game your character is in jail, but why. You have to give us a reason why he is jail using his/her sign, race, main class, and main skill. it has to be something that would be life worthy sentence but has to be restrained to never happening. by that i mean that the guards stopped you ( or the crew,cult,followers) from actully doing anything on the streets therefore you are not really a main target of the guards.

it can be something like you came from a newland where a star-reader told a story of someone born under the sign of the steed would bring new power. so when arrived you work with a cult with the name of dread for months. but as pawn you were stuck doing messanger quest, until one day you went into a meeting place and found all the members there dead. you ran back quickly getting to your homebase to find the guards killing the leader. the guards looked at you, and you quickly got on yourknees asking them not to kill you. so instead they took you jail with a life imprisonment.
