I just landed at the Calgary Airport, and will be flying directly to Montreal in about two hours.

Looks like we're getting pretty close now. Just wanted to mention/warn people of basic things, but worth noting nonetheless:

- be vigilant of your budget, if you are counting on money to get back home, put that money far from your reach so that you are able to allocate that money accordingly when the meet-up is over.

- be vigilant of your behavior. Dont get yourself arrested, kicked out of establishments, punched in the face, get yourself alcohol poisoning or any other undesirable mishaps. Though rare, those have all happened at different meet-ups and so they need to be mentioned.

Basically all those things above are things under your control, and with this meet-up being especially catered to adults, there should be no reason for any mishaps really. Nobody is babysitting you.
