Left 4 Dead... for iPhone?

Okay. Let you know first i'm a quite great fan of the game itself (L4D & L4D2 ofc...) and I've been making up a suggestion for a L4D-like game for iDevices.
And of course, if you're going to that line of "lulz It caN nut hAndle teh GraPhiX!!!", click here and come back to say your stuff what you was going to say.

So. I've been roaming around app store and the internet googling and stuff to find an alike game of l4d for idevices. Of course, it hadn't to be a FPS one though, just anything that would match up with it.
My best suggestion was a game called ''Age of Zombies''.
Why?
The gameplay.
Graphics weren't anything like on l4d (the game has a 2d overhead perspective), same thing the ''storyline'' (that l4d barely has in the background of gameplay), but the gameplay of shooting big groups of zombies always remind me of the L4D somehow. I was just thinking first "Why there's not any multiplayer?", then "Any co-op survival?", then "Special infected?".
And boom. Came up with a suggestion to make out that game into L4D look alike. Safehouses, special infected, 4 player co-op gameplay (meaby 8 player versus? Been playing 12 player fps stuff with Modern combat 2 so...), hordes of zombies and epic teamwork survival.

Why not? Some game developers would get a bit muny for making that out. Controls weren't that bad, i actually like them. And it's still very smooth when there's alot going on.

This is the game that is yet missing in the app store. Anyone know the CoD WAW Zombies already?

Anything to say about this suggestion?

It can't handle the graphics. Just because it can run a linear move forward game with good graphics doesn't mean it can run a fully 3D game with crazy physics, high res textures and models. I hate people that think just because something has one thing with good graphics, it can instantly run anything.

You see it doesn't need to be an insane effected hi-res game? On 3GS the resolution is 480x320, so that's not that bad anyways.
And did i say it has to have physics? It slows the thing hell out of it.

Just let us stay in the 2D road, okay?

There's already Call of Duty: Nazi Zombies on the iPhone.
The visuals aren't great, but it was designed with the 3GS in mind. It's one of the most popular FPS's on the App Store.

full 3d would not work out because the screen isnt big enough for you to be fully aware of everything which is neccesary in l4d. maybe a top down version would work. Areas you havent looked in are completely black to hide zombies.

Age of Zombies was fucking great! I have it for Playstation 3. But i think it would be weird to have a Age of Zombies look-a-like but with L4D characters. Could have worked, i'm not sure and i won' find out.
