Started to work on my first flash series.. The Dastardly Lives of Wario and Waluigi.... Currently I am seeking a willing artist for making backgrounds/backdrops :)

( If you don't have model or prop sheets to share[which you should include] ) :
I think you should include in your post a short animatic (moving storyboard) or demonstration of character movement, quality, and cinematography. It will give the potential background artists something to think about if they think they can/want be a part of this project. It will set the tone: Something loony-cartoony like "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" or as quality par as you have set in your post image, something like.. I don't know.. "Regular Show" or a Hanna-Barbera cartoon.

This is at least information I'd like to know before, and could save you an inbox full of questions.

Good luck finding a BG artist!
