You should PM the creator of the contest :D
Understand that he/she/shim*!?* has a life and it might take a while for them to create anther contest, if any at all. If they don't, you could PM a moderator or two along with a few users for advice and make one yourself with proper rules and prizes, if any.

i already ask him the same question a couple of days ago and he responded me the following:
"It's probably going to be end of this summer, so you've got a while to go, but we might start the auditions sometime around the beginning of summer."
