I'd probably use $2k to build my own gaming rig and to buy a 10 inch mini laptop for school. I'll send $1k to charity and save the last $3000 for college.

I'd probably buy a couple things and then just let it sit in my bank. With my lifestyle six grand would last me a very, very long time.

Set up a hot dog stand which will, over time, become a hot dog CHAIN.

Buy a nice computer with a crap ton of hard drive space, then buy Steam games that I know are good.

I'd completely change everything about my guitar equipment by buying myself a new guitar, a nice tube amp and whatever caught my eye. This would probably leave enough extra to save into a ROTH IRA or something like that. This way I could have what I've always wanted to have for my guitar setup AND save some for the future.

I know, I know, it sounds selfish, but I already give part of my paycheck each week to charity.

Save it, let it collect interest, spend it when there is something I need to buy, instead of going out and buying loads of random shit.
