Wouldn't that be difficult if your teeth are beneath the gums still?

I haven't even swelled up in the slightest and I bet if you get a pack of frozen peas on your face it wouldn't swell nearly as much. Also, the younger you are the easier the surgery is for the most part so get them pulled as soon as you can.

It was, there was this one tooth that was stuck to some roots.

Is it really that bad?
A guy I know at school had his removed and posted about it as a Facebook status as if it wasn't a big deal (he's a tough bloke though) but I don't know much about dental stuff.

Ah, I mean, I'm sure it'll be fine! They'll probably ninject you with some anaesthetic and you won't feel much, if anything. Besides, a liquid diet doesn't sound so bad.

Yeah I remember my brother going through that when having braces.

I had mine removed two years ago before Thanksgiving. I just slept the two days away, drank soup and took Vicodin for a few days.

Well we were dumb enough to think it was gonna happen.

All I can say is, good luck. A few of my friends had them pulled out and hated it, but they were manly men and recovered fairly quickly. This bitch took a week off school because of it though, like a pansy, milking it for all its worth.

I'm lucky my wisdom teeth don't make any trouble. I hate going to the dentist. I had a very big hole in one of my teeth and had to get a tooth crown. While it wasn't so bad as I feared I still slept very badly the day before the appointement.

Maybe I should have my day pushed back a little and we can have it together and hold each others hand while we go under for the event. Then we can help at healing each other wounds and recovering.
Alright.

Remember when you were the first to post only with this face?

Then everyone started posting only with this face?

Then people started only posting with their selected face. I think Twilight did it for a while too.

Yeah, you guys are fucking gay. lol.

Don't all Alabamians have to get their teeth removed every once in a while?

Did i miss out on something? I had a wisdom and 1 other tooth pulled last year (due to my 1st ever toothache), and all they did was first swabbed some stuff on my gums to numb it where they would stick the needle in, then numbed it, and they went to work. I was awake for the whole thing. I could feel (and hear) them yanking on them. They didn't cut my gums, just yanked it out. I only had to do the liquid diet for a day, then switched to soft foods for one more. The pain was minimal and there was no swelling.
Either i was lucky or had a good dentist.

You only had 1 wisdom tooth pulled.
All of us had all 4 (5 in my case) removed.

I've only had one removed, and I was awake when they did it. Honestly wasn't the worst experience I've had at the dentists.

Basically the tooth had grown into my mouth and was bugging, so I had it removed. I didn't want surgery so I just went to the dentist, not an oral surgeon. The dentist lady put a straight needle fair back into my mouth, then she busted out the most fucked up needle I've ever seen, It was curved and flexible, and I wish I hadn't seen it before it went into my mouth because that one hurt like a bitch.

After that I was so numb I couldn't feel shit.

I was awake the whole time they did it.
The lady wasn't even strong enough to pull them out, she was yanking on them pretty damn hard and broke one of them too.

I also didn't get Vicodin or anything like that, just high-dose ibuprofen.

Pro tip, try not to chew on the gauze, I did it without realizing it and chewed up my lip and cheek since they were numb.

Just wondering.

The standard is usually Vicodin.

It wasn't that bad. I found out that day that I was allergic to laughing gas. I didn't start eating again for like a week after it happen so I lost like 10 pounds.
