Awesome style man! Love it!

You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else.

Actually, now that I've looked over it again, the art style really reminds me of "The Tick".

Which is awesome.

finally started to animate. Was going to do it in flash but decided I want a hand drawn cartoon feel to it.

I'm not going to commend your style because I personally dislike it (quite strongly, but bear in mind that that's just a personal preference), but your work is very well done. Very neat.
I love the blocky way you shade.

I think you might have some of your portal submissions marked as "sketches" (or not marked otherwise), because you're not currently scoutable. You should fix that; I'm sure you'd get scouted pretty quickly.

May I ask, what is it you're animating?

My Art Thread.

Eeureka! With an exclamation point!

Thank you. I am trying to animate my little space ship creation. It has a gun coming out of the front(right) and it will have exhaust smoke coming out of the back(left). I am playing around with the squash and stretch technique on the body of the ship to give it a feeling of movement.

What kind of pen do you use? I have rapidographs (they are annoying to maintain) and micron pens but i cant fill entire areas of black with them. These are pretty cool

Why do i try to be nice?

I use a Pentel brush pen, it takes some getting used to but I love it. The only thing that it's not good for is lines that need to stay the same thickness, it is a brush after all.

Here is a comic that I wanted to do. It was going to be loosely based on me and my life, just exaggerated to make it funny. After doing all the initial sketches I realized I couldn't come up with enough material that would make it entertaining to anyone but me......

and then there are days that I can't come up with anything for my warm up doodles. Meh, that happens. Hopefully I'll have some of my animation drawings scanned in tomorrow night.

art night with my 3 yr old. I had a hard time staying in the lines, she's getting better at the drawing thing ;o) Was gonna upload my animation but it didn't turn out like I wanted to, so back to the drawing board. I have yet to help make a "real" game, so I think I'm going to start looking for a programmer to colab with, just to make something simple to get my feet wet so if anyone knows one send'em my way. Thanks....

this doodle was very, very loosely "inspired" from the Barney show that my kids were watching. I might go back and redo and finish this one......

tried some new markers, realized that they don't work very well with the blue graphite, back to watercolors.......
