if noone comes up with a unique one or one that ties into st. patties day it'll most likely just be another st. patties day drunken bar type contest that psycho-goldfish will probably win because he's always drunk lol..

How about a Hispanic, Matador kind of feel? I know it isn't really related in any case with the month, but hell, it could be fun, and I certainly don't think it's been done in a while!

I think I'll just do a repeat of last year's theme - it worked pretty well.

but rly, a grunge, desert rock, or just a generally heavy theme (not metal) would be spectacular.

unfortunately knoxius you have to also consider your audience - I have learned that if the contest criteria is too far outside of what people would normally make, or is easily misinterpreted.. it will fail... so just try to keep that in mind when suggesting ideas :)

alright here are some options I am entertaining:

summer theme
general theme with industrial twist (make any genre but add industrial elements to it)
machine dubstep (make a dubstep song but the bass HAS to be made off of a mechanical sound - car engine, rumbling machinery, nascar vrrrr sound etc)
spiritual nac (make a song with lots of positive vibrations that sends people to higher planes of existance in their mind)
vg RPG nac (make a song for an RPG video game that ISN'T the typical god of war orchestral or little town theme - think chrono cross/legend of dragoon music)

lemme know which of those you want.. or suggest another if you don't like it.. if I don't hear any responses I'll simply choose one.

I feel that Rapefunk would really gravitate toward spiritual themes.

sorry for the delay.. one of my judges had an onslaught of personal problems suddenly flare up which not only has delayed this months results.. but will probably inhibit him from helping out in the next couple of months NACs as well :/

so I'll need some fresh judges in the months to come.

I won't divulge what I'm making if this gets through, but Akiko Shikata is definitely on my inspiration list for this.
