dont ask to be scouted, and by extension dont ask us to scout other people, if hes good hell get scouted, since all unscouted art shows up in the unscouted section

What. You can't let someone in prematurely because it can be assumed that they'll eventually get to the sufficient skill level - if that's the case, then they'll be scouted when they're actually there.
