Are there any readings, writings, words said, or actions done by your fellow man that to you seem so powerful, they inspire you to make life affirming decisions, if not change your whole damn perception of society.
There's some incredible stuff out there. The sheer number of incredible works of humanity (many of which sadly lost in time) has far outstretched what I would even consider possible for a single species to produce.
If so, what do you make of it. Lets talk!
I might comment on some others later but heres just some stuff to kick off. I can write essays on this shit. Its my 'smack'.
"To see a thing uncoloured by one's own personal preferences and desires is to see it in its own simplicity"
"Be formless... shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle; it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot; it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, and it can crash. Be water, my friend. Empty your cup, so that it may be filled; become devoid - achieve totality"
- Bruce Lee.
I have about 20 of these things on a poster I've got rolled up somewhere. My two favourite ones are:
"Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it."
"Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck."
I really need to find that poster again...
...In fact, I'm gonna go dig it out now. If I find it, I'll post any more good ones I might've forgotten.
Here you go.

How you choose to speak your words, is just as important as the words you've chosen to speak.
