I know there are very few here that use this program.
Recently i have been trying to make dubstep and not doing so bad with it.
My last submission (Crushed Dubstep Loop) is part of this collaboration.
I have a logic file with some added stuff to it but i would really like this track to kick ass and also learn a thing or two about creating dubstep in Logic Pro.
If you would like to collab just download the file below.

Also I'm very open and easy to work with in a collab, So basically you can change anything you like as we work together on the file. Also this doesnt have a time limit on it or anything but i would like someone that can at least punch something out and add to the track on a weekly basis.
Thanks in advance.
Well I can't really collaborate since I have v9 (you should totally upgrade, the flex time thing and the audio-mangling stuff you can do with it is KICKASS and also they fixed all the workflow issues)
but I want to give some advicee because I can't help it... go click the ultrabeat plugin and in the plugin selector choose Ultrabeat -> Multi Output (8x Stereo, 8x Mono), click the little + in the bottom of the mixer channel a few times, and learn how to route different drums to different mixer channels... because the drums sound pretty shit now that you have reverb on everything. If you route at least the kick and the snare to their own channels so you can give them their own EQ and compression (or whichever effects you prefer, most importantly remove the reverb from the kick entirely), it'll sound so much better.
and if you want to make your project much less processor-heavy in the long run you should use reverb and delay as send effects instead of having 10-11 reverb modules on the different channels (here's how you do that). It'll also make things a lot more manageable and efficient since you can adjust reverb and delay levels directly from the mixer
I have NoteWorthy music composer program softwair lets collaborate!

BAH unfortunately i dont have the cash right now to upgrade. i heard 9 is amazing. I will as soon as i can get some extra monies.
With the ultrabeat i just havent gotten around to putting each drum in its own channel. i know it takes 2 minutes.. Just something i simply forgot to do.
Would there be any way we can still collab even though im using version 8?
Also THIS BELOW is VERY VERY helpful. Thank you so much for that. i had no idea i could do that. Gonna save me alot of headaches.

Sorry dude. I'm looking for logic pro users. Not just for the purpose of collaboration but also as a learning experience.

Well I'm up for this. Although I don't really do dubstep and I have logic pro v9.... Maybe we can still make this work?
