Does anyone know if stem cells are now available for treating teeth because i need to know. Do we have the technology now?

The technology is available, but you'll find the treatment costing around in the thousands. And you'll probably have to travel a long way to get to the place where they actually offer it. It will also take months and months, maybe even years, for the stem cells to develop and create the new teeth that you oh so want.
Stem cells can be used for many things, it's just the long and expensive process and the fact that it hasn't been used on a large scale yet that means that is hasn't come into use practical use just yet. However, the technology on it is evolving.

Depends on what part of the tooth. The dentin and the pulp cavity could be replaced via stem cells, but the enamel is not made up of cells: it is actually a type of mineral, similar to apatite. So, once enamel is lost, you can't get it back, even with stem cells. Why do you ask?

I've never flossed, nor have any of my friends, and our teeth are all fine. I think flossing is just some American thing.

It is quite bad for the enamel if you floss too much.
Also, if it's just chipped teeth we're talking about besides the whole tooth, that is already fixable.
