Oh. i can get behind that, totally.
Or just make movie characters playable in mainstream games. Kind of like what they did with uncharted 2, where you can play as Cole from infamous 2.
it would be awesome to play as Jake Sully in Modern warfare 2.....then again he's pretty tall....and his human form in a wheelchair.

I thought you meant, like a video game based on cutscenes. That looks crappy. Although a VG based on a Movie isnt always crappy.
