Better than letting it drag on and on, or the humor of it will get worse. Just like The Simpson's faith.

I liked it when Space Ghost blew up his guests. And Zorak. Ahhh this takes me back.

Tiny Toon Adventures. Actually, word is that DVDs are being worked on of it.

Hey!
It's a great cartoon.
I more or less CN now. It's all reality shows, which may I remind you, are not cartoons. And dumb shit like chowder, adventure time (which can be honestly random and lulzy but very seldom so) and other crap like that.
Want to go way back, to good ol days? When Nickelodeon still aired Invader Zim. Before they canceled it right after the Christmas special. That is not the ending of the series, to many questions are left unanswered :< Really sucks how they fired the guy for no real good reason.

I actually like a lot of the new programming. The Amazing World of Gumball was quite good if you went in with low expectations, and Johnny Test appeases to the inner dim-witted child.
I'm highly disappointed in the new Looney Tunes series and in CN in general with the Problem Solverz. How in the world that was greenlighted will forever be a mystery...
This is the SAME network that got rid of 2 Stupid Dogs back in the day. Cartoon Network was in its prime during early 90's to late 00's and ever since then i's been SLOWLY falling off
I keep thinking, maybe it's a change in the times. A lot of kids don't even do what I did, go out and hang out with your friends. Climb dirt hills beside roads and stuff. Then come home and watch Toonami.
Cartoon Network aired music videos from time to time, I'm assuming they were made just for the network because I can't really find them anymore. They also had Toonami, which had a little of everything good. It had some anime but it wasn't a nerdy anime explosion. But what I liked most was that it was interactive, they had LockDown which was a game that every week or so they gave a special code for you to gain special items in. Eventually you worked through and I guess that's where Tom 2 came in? I never got to the end.
They also allowed the viewers to vote on a new engine for the big ship. It was an extremely interactive network and a lot of the best games on the net were on their website. Of course this was back when a lot of people used Shockwave to make games. This was back when people still played the N64 as a modern console. Back when people made movies that actually had some kind of plot to pull you into. Back when the Simpsons actually still made sense.
Toonami ended in 2008, true, but by then I hardly even noticed it! It no longer had the gray and blue theme. It no longer had Tom as I knew him--starting as a 90s bloby character that seemed similar to what MTV had on their shows at the time. Eventually to Tom 2 who was a strong character that moved about easily.
Now it's iPods, gaming consoles as strong as computers, and television dumbed down even further than I thought possible. But it seems like that's what people wanted ... You had the Misadventures of Flapjack and now you have Adventure Time. How many people do you see playing with Pokemon cards anymore, or any kind of card based from a television show for that matter? The things I talked about were from my childhood, it makes sense to enjoy it as a kid but ... I'm 19 now, I even watched "ReBoot" and said it looks like shit. I used to love that show, I'd watch it any time I could find it on.
I'm not sure how much of this will even make sense, typing this all up at 4am. Haha.
Cartoon network is crap, the only shows I liked was Camp lazlo,One peice(yes they had that on there) Ed Edd and Eddy and adventure time.
Now there is only adventure time there on its lonesom.

Because this skull is scary as hell for children, obviously.

Maybe because the show wasn't attracting people and thus lowering revenue, which would drive CN into the wall if they kept it?

Man, the good ol' days. All the great show they got rid of to replace with such bad shows. At least they have Adventure Time and Regular Show. They need to give those separate 30-minute time slots.
