I guess this will keep happening every year, people bitch about how the users of the next year will be the new noobs, and the current noobs are relieved because it's their turn to start bitching about the new users soon.

We were all new once, we all took our time to integrate in this community. It's a normal thing that people need time to adapt to the way things go in communities, so naturally they'll act "stupid" in the eyes of said community at first.
