hmm i am organizing a collab and i wanna add achievements to it i pm'ed tom fulp but he didn't reply :'( and what can i do to add achievements to my game ?

The achievements as you refer to medals is an API which you can install in your game. Everyone logged in to Newgrounds can use the API. Everything that you need to do is explained right there AFTER YOU CREATE AN ENTRY. Just have sure to follow the right instructions and the medals will be up and running.
