Well I was wonder how to get the fleshy texture for this demonic frog I drew up. Any ideas I could do to improve it? I even tried look at Freddy Kruger, but it didn't help much. Any ideas?

Try to not be such a major dick. Saying you hate something without any reasons why is completely pointless.

This doesn't suck. It's very flawed, but it's got some good aspects to it.
Things that could be done to improve it: The colors aren't all within the lines, so you may want to clean that up some. The lineart is a tad sketchy and could do for some cleaning up. The background completely blows; it's just a gradient, so this thing is sitting in midair. One of the eyes is still the color of the skin. The shading looks smeary in some places. How did you do the shading?

Still needs some work but it looks ok, but what are those orange things on his back , spikes or feathers?

You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else.

Let's see,

the guy who said my art sucks is jealous so his comment doesn't matter. As for the complete artwork, the gradient was there because I ran out of ideas. I was thinking a basement, where you first come across the creature. Also, this is a work in progress, not finished yet. That is the reason for asking about how to make it seem as though it has a fleshy texture instead of a play texture.

Well I used the smear tool for the shading, it didn't look right with the crosshatching. It looked a lot better when it is blended together. This is actually my first artwork on photoshop, so don't grade me to harshly, like the idiot before you. LOL!
