Just as smart or smarter, because if I was in a relationship with somebody less smart than me, they would have to be mentally challenged.

I think I'd like them to be just as smart, so she isn't always going on about shit I don't understand, but I don't have to explain everything, either.

It's not sexist, both genders have intelligent and stupid people. It is just a question of preference.

I'm surprised no one said less intelligent yet. I would imagine them to be more compliant, and would probably be easier to deal with. Of course, I wouldn't like that myself but not everyone is like me.

Well intelligence is rather hard to measure. By that I mean I coulnt tell u if my gf was above, below or equal to my intellectual level as our strengths are in different areas. My strengths are math, chemistry, and history when she on the other hand is a great speller and just knows alot about the world in general. So since I'm unsure I'd say that we are about the same and I am happy with that.
