Newgrounds Flash Program

Seeing that most paid flash programs are inhibitively expensive and that most free programs tend to be shite, why don't we make a Newgrounds Flash Program? We could make it free, and making it won't be a problem as we have a large userbase. What do you think, Where Is/How To?
