My save file has reached 7.5MB at this point so I've experienced some very choppy moments. Like you said, they should be fixing it whenever the hell they're doing it...

You only keep one save file? I make a new save file every time I do anything. I learned several times that if you don't save constantly you could possibly fuck up an entire quest/guild. While playing the thieves guild I fucked up on the last quest so that it was impossible to beat, and my most recent save was way too long ago for me to go back. After that I started saving a shitload. I've made 560+ saves on Skyrim so far.

My character when not being a 50ft monster.

On the topic of Argonians, the few I've met so far in the game I've ever had to kill or beat up or steal from, feels bad deceiving my egg brothers.

Was discussing this with someone a while back. I think at the time that had amassed a little more play time than me and they already had about double the amount of saves that I did. I don't really save all too often. I rely on the auto saves unless I'm about to turn of the console or get to a decision point that I might want to play in multiple ways.

Once while playing Oblivion I found a poison apple and decided it'd be a good idea to eat it. Almost immediately after eating it I walked through a door. I think I had to go back to a save I made over an hour before that because I couldn't heal myself long enough for it to ware off.

Also, I don't remember exactly what happened.. but on my main character on Oblivion in Shivering isles there's a quest that I can't complete. I'm not sure why, I just know I can't advance any further in the quest line.

Although because Skyrim keeps multiple autosaves, you'll usually be able to fix anything I've had problems with, but I'm still going to continue doing it.. just to be safe.

It's really annoying how long it takes to open the save/load menu though.. It takes 5-10 seconds.

The fuck are you talking about? Mine was an original launch model if that's what you're getting at.

It would be awesome as bonus content for like 1600 msp to let you cross the borders to previously made areas such as morrowind and oblivion

1600 points?

I think you mean £40 game.

And I would buy every single one.

It wouldnt be a $60 or 40(euro) game. it would be additional content for skyrim added on for opening up those already visited areas in the previous games somewhat like HALO did with Combat evolved anniversary. its just old content with new graphics so they only sold it for have.

You'll look so fierce with a loaf of bread in one hand and a broom in the other.

It is a bit odd going into Skyrim seeing that 90% of NPCs are Nords. This makes sense and I'm not complaining, but Oblivion was much more "racially diverse".

And understandably, too. Cyrodill is smack dab in the middle of Tamriel, so it would be expected that it would receive trade from all corners and hence all races. Skyrim is not in the middle, and on top of that it is a bit more isolated because of all the mountains, so they would not have as large a variety or abundance of "foreigners."

*****SPOILER ALERT*****
Has anyone talked to the hooded Khajiit walking on the north coast? He cryptically says that all the Khajiit change when they come to Skyrim. I wonder what he means by that.

He is a character in every game and is a bit of a joke. He comments on things that are in the game and often breaks the fourth wall in doing so. He was talking about how the graphics have improved and the art style for Khajit changed.

Obviously didn't play Morrowind. Where nearly everyone was a dunmer.

Did anyone know this?! On PS3 or XBOX:

Open favorites menu
Highlight something
Hold left or right
That thing will now be hot-keyed to left or right

So much easier to switch between mace and bow now!

Reading the instruction manual would've told you that right from the get-go. Just as you can hotkey stuff on PC by hitting a number key on an item while in the favorites menu.

People complained and complained that they were gonna have to mod in a way to hotkey items when the game released... It made me sad.

OVER 60 FUCKING HOURS AT THIS GAME AND I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THAT SHITTY ASS UP SCROLL FAVORITE MENU TO CHANGE FROM BOW SWORD HEAL EVERY 10 SECONDS AARRARARHG THANKS FOR TELLING ME BETHESDA

on a lighter note. my cat warrior, mr sparkles, has returned to his cat roots. he is now a thief again. i got to level 40 and at that point i realised i wasn't enjoying two-handed, heavy armour running around. one handed weapons are far superior to two handed and much more satisfying to use. also, 30x backstab damage is just too much fun and stealth archery. jesus. sneak is too op

no matter the elder scrolls game, the playthrough or w/e, i always start out as a mage/warrior but end up as a sneaky man.

here's a picture i drew of mr sparkles

I'm pretty sure it actually didn't say anything about that. The only reason I knew about it was cause it says to press F to favorite something in the menu.
All it tells you is that you can press Q to get to your favorites list.

I'm almost positive it said something about hot-keying at some point in the tutorial.. however, I'm not gonna create a new character just to confirm that. Either way, now you know!

I'm sure it didn't. I found out about it when I tried to change the controls and it told me the left and right D-pad buttons were ''reserved'', and then looked at the manual to see what they actually do. I never actually use the feature though, since the Xbox's crappy d-pad resulted in a lot of accidental weapon changing. Plus I still think the idea of a favourite system I posted several pages ago is much better.

On a somewhat related note, was anyone else disappointed with how pathetic the manual is? It doesn't really matter, but I sort of expect my RPGs to have chunky manuals. I guess the awesome textured map makes up for it though.

found a funny glitch

you know that talos preacher in whiterun, heimskr? well he really got up in my grill about how the khajiit don't have religion and are faithless beasts. that shit don't sit right with me

so i went to the edge of whiterun near dragonsreach, out of sight of the guards but just in sight of heimskr and i used my cat-vision to zoom in on him.. and i shot him in the head with my l33t archery skills. he died instantly and then the guards ran over. the red icon appeared on the radar but i didn't have a bounty. the icon disappeared, then reappeared, then the guards went crazy and slaughtered everyone.
