We are the knights who say hallo.
Has anyone watched this pre-alpha gameplay? I believe it is quite legit, and for being pre-alpha, it is pretty damn good. It's not incredibly interesting... but it's something.

That is NOT skyrim, and the comments would say so, but the author has to approve them to get through, and clearly hes not approving truthful ones as he wants more views and subscribers.
This is the Nehrim total conversion mod for Oblivion, which was made by a group of fans. Don't believe me? look at the hands holding the weapon, the NPC he passes and the fonts use, also the map screen.

This game is pissing me off, because its taking too long to come out :c
I hate pissants like this who try to pass this shit off as real leaked footage; I can speak for the quality of the mod though, although its in German with English subtitles. It's actually amazing how fans could pull this off. Try it out at the link I gave you. <333
Tweeter and the Monkey Man were hard-up for cash, they stayed up all night selling cocaine and hash.
By Azura! Gameplay looks sweet!

And that vid has almost 100,000 views...that's just sad.

I watched it back when it had about 200 views.
Just like the other guy said, it's just a mod for Oblivion.
The guy passing this off as real is a lying twat.

Looks far too much like Oblivion to me. I'll believe in real footage of the game once Bethesda show it themselves. Maybe they'll make an appearance at E3 this year?
Ah yes, I was pretty damn happy when I read about it.
Oblivion is, quite literally, my favorite game ever, and probably the game I spent the most hours playing, if you count the numerous playthroughs on both the PC (with tons of mods, too) and the PS3 (at a friend's).
I am excited about the new release, of course, and for once I'm pretty confident that the series won't get fucked up with this game- unless they come up with some "radical new features".
I don't know what they have in store for the new game- I just hope that they base it on Oblivion, but also "fix" some of the main problems/complaints people had with it.
Centurion Spheres are in.

It is really cool to see how this company works. I like how they all seem laid-back and I bet that all the workers love their job there. Companies seem to work best when things aren't so strict and people are allowed to explore and have peace while they work.
Girls just wanna have fun.

at the gamestop where i live, oblivion is only $15. seriously, 11 months to play it. ive had it since it came out, and i still play it.
Might need to go out and get Oblivion GOTY for my xbox 360 (yes I also have glorious PC version, but my step-father does not understand tr concept of pc gaming or electricity values) and have a good playthrough till Skyrim.
Which may be hard because of the slew of amazing cheap games I've recently picked up, not to mention Bulletstorm ad Portal 2 due out in the coming months.
illicit makes a damn good signature.
Any new updates on it or has anyone found leaked gameplay trailers yet?

So, yeah. More Skyrim from GI. This time it's a time-lapse of a concept art for cave troll. I was more interested in the music that is playing. So dark and awesome :P

This game is going to blow away all competition from 2011 games. This is just a purely jizztastic new addition to the small amount of releases thus far. I can't even imagine the type of game this will be when it comes out. I'll probably end up taking off work to play.
Yea, I farm Anal Penguins. Do something about it.
New reveals such as questing, new skills etc.
Some of this seems kind of bad..
"There is no level cap. You will nevertheless not be able to choose all perks with one character."
Personally, this is kind of something I'd like to do. I guess it's to make you role play more, but I'd like to make a sort of "God" character.
"Someone modded Oblivion by changing the physics of shooting an arrow. It made you shoot slower and you almost had to remain stationary to shoot, which increased the arrow's impact. We liked this mod so much, that we implemented it in Skyrim by default."
I guess it's a bit more realistic, but it's going to be really hard for somebody that only uses range to get out of a complicated situation. Good thing I don't use range.

Actually the empire is still there. The event that starts the whole story is the king dying and two factions in Skyrim going to war over whether to secede from the Empire, or stay as a member.
i have my doubts on the new menu system..it seems too tacky.

Here's a Q&A with Todd Howard about Skyrim.
I haven't finished it yet (I actually just started) but I think it's about 30 mins long.
At 2/1/11 02:35 PM, Makeshift wrote: Info on the menus. Sound interesting...
That looks terrible. They should stick to the way Oblivion's menus looked. Oblivion was really easy to navigate.. That looks like it won't be.

I disagree, using that system for menus looks pretty incredible. It makes everything seem more well detailed than the game's predecessor. I think we're in for a lot more than we expect once this game is released. It's going to be amazing.
