Just to add, Linkin Park is alright in my opinion, didn't like Minutes to Midnight but I think A Thousand Suns is alright, but unthinkable you laid way more than you should have.

The one thing I never understand is the whole which bands are shit good think. Music is opinion based and because you don't like Linkin Park doesn't make them a shit band, it just means YOU find their music bad.

Some people like Justin Bieber etc...it's their taste and they can listen to what they want to infact Bieber's sold millions of albums as well as Linkin Park so they both must be doing something right!!

Look, I'm not trying to be a douche, but I'd rather spend $130 on commissioning art. I don't find it worth it to see a band when they passed their prime a while ago.

I say you get into your local music scene, cheap tickets but high qual music, on the 18th of December last year, I saw 13 bands for $12 and it was the best night of my life.

But then again, your music taste could be way different then mine

Yea right, because Linkin Park is so deep. The only way to make them deeper would be to shove the cd up your arse.

I'm not into Linkin Park, but it's good that you had a great time seeing them live. There are no places near where I live so I don't get to see any live music around here. Sometimes a band will come through and play at one of the bars but that's about it.

I wouldn't go as far as saying Linkin Park SUCKS, but I would definitely say they are WAY overrated. They have a couple good songs that I'll listen to, but I get tired of hearing them on the radio every 30 minutes. I have heard they put on a good show.

However, I'd make the argument that putting on a 'show' and playing great music are 2 VERY different things. But I'm glad to hear you had fun. Good for you man!

Seeing them next month at the ACC. Can't wait!!
