There's more things to talk about than First Person Shooters. I'm sick of nearly every thread having a side argument over a COD game, Halo game, or fanboyism over the PS3 and 360.

Seriously guys, find something new to talk about. We get it, Black Ops was a let down, Halo Reach was a let down, PS3 has no games, 360 has the RROD, and the Wii is for kids. There are so many games in existence, why must every conversation be about these five subjects? I've completely abandoned forum/15 multiple times because I'm sick of hearing about this shit.

There has got to be more users on the BBS that aren't 13 and think they're the shit because they can play M rated games. Please, older, more mature users, help us find something new to talk about.

I wish people were more like me. I own a PC, I game on my PC. I own a 360, I game on my 360. I had a PS3 and I played PS3 games before I sold it (inb4 no gaemz, but in all honestly it really was terrible. Personal preference) and I owned a Wii before I moved out of my parents place and I played games on it.

Why can't you all just fucking own a console and play games on it? They all have games, they all have exclusives, so why do you need to limit yourself like an idiot and bash on other peoples preference? I swear, retards will argue about just about anything.

I hate the constant torrent of idiocy that comes from gamers and game journalism sites. There's always a million threads about the latest Call of Duty game or some other overrated trash and these websites and their fanboys continually praise these games as among the best games of all time (next to some other stuff they've probably ever played) simply because they have limited taste in games and don't want to admit it.

In fact, people shouldn't even be insulted if I tell them their taste is limited; after all, it doesn't offend me if you point out that my taste in televised sports is limited because I don't watch football. Yet those morons always end up making these stupid top games lists without realizing that they insult good genres in the process.

IMO, it's because that CoD and Halo were just popular game series to the people that do this sort of thing. Apparently, there were several tidbits in Halo: Reach and Black Ops that they had a very large axe to grind with for no reason whatsoever other than to find a reason to whine, bitch or actually make an important statement (which is very rare).

That and because these games were hyped to oblivion in the first place, so I wouldn't be surprised if sparks fly over something.

Well... why not strike up a thread about a different sort of game? Complaining about FPS games is all well and good, and I'm as sick of fanboy arguments as the next sane gamer, but well, there's always room for a little TPS/RPG/Whatevs discussion.

I have never heard anyone say Halo Reach or Black Ops was a let down... Everyone is saying those games are the shit. And the wii is good to, but theres only like 10 good games for it the rest suck dick.

If you want to talk about other games, why not make threads yourself that aren't about FPS or consoles? Complaining about such threads isn't going to make things better. If you just skipped these kind of threads and made an attempt to talk about other games, you'll enjoy the VG forum much more.
