Anyways, this guy is obviously mentally impaired and he claims that he wants to demonstrate Karate moves that he was taught be Jesus. The opponent proceeds to actually beat him to death and the master just laughs and smirks about the whole thing.

The video is sort of old, but still... goddamn.

A few things I didn't understand:

- Who is each person?
- What are they trying to videotape?
- Why did the guy in white start attacking that other guy?
- How is that even legal what they did?
- How serious was the other guy's injuries? Did he actually die?

This was no accident, the MMA fighter took it too far, the mentally challenged guy was clearly not as skilled and he went into a frenzy and beat the crap out of him and the instructor didn't help him at all or take responsibility for their actions.

Normally I don't approve of vigilante justice and I don't care how old they are now, but they deserve to be put into prison for life then have their arms and legs stomped the shit out of then be choked for five seconds until they beg for their lives. And don't tell me they've learned their lesson or they are too feeble for that kind of punishment because they've had decades to take responsibility and do the right thing.

Willie J Dennis is the guy in the white who is fighting the unknown mentally challenged man, popularly called the kung fu guy.

Fighting's legal, but that murder obviously wasn't.

Serious enough that even if the man had survived, which in unknown, he would likely have severe brain injuries, as one police chief put it when he saw the video. It is thought that he was murdered, but no one can prove the authenticity of the video or the incident in it.

There was a clear line in the film where things moved from teaching this "Jesus Karate Student" that he shouldn't pick fights with karate masters, and when the poor guy wanted to stop but the karate master didn't.

After that line is crossed, it moves from some sort of punishment/justice to senseless murder.

He only said it reminds him, which is understandable. Both involve heartless actions against people/animals unable to defend themselves. Both seem to end with the death of the defenseless party. There are parallels you can draw and he was reminded because of them.

People like Bobby Joe Blythe are a danger to society; his teachings demonstrate a level of professional martial arts, but he's obviously a very mentally disturbed man. If you look at the video, he fires rounds around an audience that included children (check after 1:20).

I always believed Martial Arts are taught to train people in defense, but something about his character makes him unfit to be a teacher.

There's a lot of evil in this world, but we don't need anymore people like him.

You know this guy wasn't looking for a fight, right? He just wanted to spar with him and show him some of his moves. He also wanted to show him "kata" which is pretty much shadow boxing.

He didn't challenge the guy. He just wanted to teach him.
