The Jacks, Piss-pot, Shit stool, Throne and the John are generally what I use, when in polite company I use both of the ones you mentioned equally.

"I need to take a piss" is my normal take on the situation, although I will use Bathroom on occasion.

It usually depends on which country you live in. I say "toilet", Americans will say bathroom.

How do you call the place where your shower/bath/..is exactly?

Bathroom has a nice ring to it, but I peg this one for the room with the shower and so too. Thus it might be less confusing to use 'toilet' for the room where the crapper is.

Also, the French pronunciation of twalette makes it sound more sexy.
(though personally I usually go for the classic of W(ater)C(losset).

I normally just say "I'm going to go to the toilet" but if I want to sound extra-pompous for no apparent reason, I say 'lavatory'.

Humorous terms are also applicable: Throne, poohole, dunny and any other one of those.

I don't say 'bathroom' because in my house, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Although the bathroom and the WC are technically two different kinds of rooms, I tend to opt for "loo" or "john" when i'm in a place that's only got one room with a toilet and a bath/shower. Come to think of it, I tend to use those terms anyway, unless of course, i'm referring to the bathroom, in which case i'm more likely to say "Just gonna hop in the shower," which is pretty much all I do in the bathroom.

When I tell someone I am going to go take a shit in their bathroom, you can damn well bet they will need a fair few towels to clean that mess up.

Well somewhat this. Although I was kinda brought up using the phrase, however if I'm at dinner or something like that I might end up saying 'bathroom'.

On the odd occasion 'Need a piss' will pop up.

Since my discovery of the internet and all it has to offer, I've disregarded the usage of coherent audible communication. So I'd likely refer to such a place by grunting and making other bestial noises.
Of course, since I've made use of the internet, I've also disregarded the usage of toilet/bathroom facilities, and ceased the act of controlling my bowels, so such a places would be irrelevant to me even if I still utilized traditional means of communication.

Toilet.

Though, in my country, they call it doing "big business" for pooping, and "small business" for peeing.
Probably a direct translation from another language.

So I've started to call it "making money", "earning cash", "starting a company", "let the excess cash pour out", or whatever.

And the toilet itself becomes "the conference room" or "the meeting room"

I saw most people are implying they need to 'go shit' in toilet or bathroom.

but maybe it means for people to 'go bath' in toilet(which dont make sense i guess) or bathroom.

This. I used to use bathroom more often, but since I've learned what it sounds like I wanted to start using something that makes more sense.

I would probably say "bathroom" because it feels like it's a more dignified term. By the way, why is it even called a "bath" room when there does not necessarily need to be a bath in it? It would be more appropriate if you called it a "toiletroom", but I guess that would not be a good name for the reason I just mentioned. I guess the word "toilet" just sounds crude and, well, dirty. I only really use that term when being silly.
