4.09 / 5.00 15,161 ViewsI've created a game that runs perfectly fine when playing it in the Flash program but once I try to play just the SWF file it slows down a certain animation (not all animations just enemies spawning)
The FPS rate is not changed at all and again this is only when playing the created SWF file. When using the Ctrl-Enter command to run it in Flash works as intended.
I'm at a complete loss as to why this is happening, any ideas?

add that fps meter to your file to see if its running as fast as its suppost to be... fps ranges on the number of objects on the stage and such, unless when you say that the fps hasnt changed, that youve tried this..
That is what I meant. I have an FPS meter and it stays the same whether it's playing in the .fla or as the .swf
strange then, i have no clue. its probably something so simple thatll smack you in the face later on, that always happens to me
