Simple. I have stomach problems caused primarily by genes that cause me to need to take a shit pretty often if I either eat the wrong foods, fuck up my sleep schedule, ect. If I need to shit, I could hold it and use a restroom like a normal person, or take a shit in the woods. Crapping in the pants is a choice, there are no 'accidents' unless you have worse stomach or bowel issues than I do--In which case the person most likely wears diapers and craps in their pants every day.
