A dong that always faces the watcher, no matter what direction the alien is facing

although i don't agree with all of these points, i think they might help me improve, thanks again!
here's some hand studies, will i ever be able to draw them right??

Yeah, hands takes more or less practice to master, depending on how well you can imagine one in different angles. One of the best tips i've ever seen is draw lots of them. Like, lots lots lots lots lots and again lots . And when you finaly drew so much that you already lost the count, draw even more, in different angles, the more the better. The hand that is holding two fingers out (thumb not included) has a flaw near the thumb. There is a rough cut between the palm area and the thumb, should have a curved lump of skin there. Also the 2nd or 3rd hand (can't see it while replying so can't really remember), the one the has something similar to holding an object lightly, it might be because it's the angle, but looks somewhat akward. But other than that, you're moving in a good direction, if you do a lil more studies, you should master them easily.

Thanks for the critique and advice!
But im not sure about wich hands you are talking, would you mind redlining it?

Really, the only detail I strongly stand by is the depressing lack of a party hat
Now I did take the liberty of correcting this fatal error.
Notice the clear difference in:
A. There is a party hat
B. He is very happy someone remembered his birthday

OMG thats such an improvement.
B. He is very happy someone remembered his birthday
Doesn't look too happy though!
Below was for the chow: father time.
I did it so i could practice my line art.
After that i experimented with the color.

yeah, the hands are actually pretty good, but the Freud in me sees the bottom right finger transforming into a penis

well, it's not redlined, but i'll tell you which ones. Top row, second hand from the left looks a bit strange, might be that because it's the angle, and the top row, fourth one (two fingers up) is missing some skin between the thumb and the palm area. Hope this is clear enough

That last one looks good for no reference, my only gripe is that the helmet doesn't follow the same direction as his tilted head does and his feet are unformed, study feet some more.
oh and sorry for double posting, but his proportions are pretty crazy too, if he put his arms down his hands would almost touch his knees!
