The first two were rather bland, but the third one definitely has some character to it.

Must've been the blank expressions.

I assume you use a vector based program. You should round some of the edges, espacially... well on some round parts. Other than that they look nice. Simple but nice. Third picture is my favourite too.

The first is simply not show much but not bad, the second change requires more work is contained inaccurate and needs to have a stable but the third is the best.

You have talent but remember you need to work more on creating stable figures.
