Besides redesigns and hopefully a Lit portal, probably not very much different.
I do hope that there will be much better flashes being submitted all the time, although that is a wish that will never come true.
I do look forward to the new series that will be coming out, as I think they keep getting better and better. I am a big fan of Larry, I think that's one of the best series to come to Newgrounds in a while and the fact that JAZZA is making games of it between each episode is really nice, you can tell he is putting a lot of hard work in to it, which is exactly what he should be doing.
Leo and Satan is great too, I know a lot of people that dislike it, but it is awesome.
The future is bright for Newgrounds, maybe not the BBS however... I do hope it does improve as well.
