You know, honestly, I'm pretty glad I entered this contest. It's inspired me to write three exceptional songs (for me at least), and actually get them to a presentable conclusion through the deadlines.

So basically, I'm going to be in the final round because of two opponents not submitting anything and being a runner up the other time. Lucky me?

Well this makes our jobs easier. While I'm very sad that the whole number of contestants did not provide, at least the standing are even, it which case we won't have to worry about a odd number of contestants (because this late in the game - if we used the runner up again, it would seem more unfair than it already has for the past several rounds).

So ironically, we will have a normal final round. Funny how fate works sometimes, isn't it?

Meh, I'm not sure. While I don't think it would matter who is paired up with (especially since I haven't listened to any of the submissions yet, so I wouldn't have any idea as to who would have the upper hand to begin with), I think everyone should have the best chance since it is kind of awkward to have to change the oppositions after the submission are already in. But of course that would skew the results just as mush as the latter. So since you asked, sure. You can be his opponent now. >;P

Like I said, I haven't listened to anything yet. Whether or not you think you would win or loose against your new opponent - is your own problem.

Pretty much. But it's not like we have to make a whole other submission list or whatever, don't worry. All we're changing is who was against who. Mathematically and in the standings, this affects nothing.
