Unfortunately The North Koreans would fight dirty and use their biological and chemical weapons against us, or any invading force. As well as the possibility of them shelling the shit out of South Korea with Artillery.

I'd say a second Korean war would be very messy, and nobody really wants that.

Technically speaking it wouldn't be a second Korean War, it would just be continuing the hostilities of the current Korean War
