They provide the service, they provide the conditions. If you don't like the conditions don't use the service.

As far as I'm aware no one has the right to fly, it's a privilege that is provided.

And it's only an invasion of privacy if you don't consent (in which case what are you doing trying to use their service?).

The real problem I have is how often do TSA Employees change their gloves?

Understandable, but it's only because as a whole we are raised tp make way too big of a deal over our bodies. I mean, first of all, it's not like you care looking at a strangers body, just as they won't care about yours.
